WEST BENGAL — Education is not a privilege; it is a fundamental human right. Yet, across rural and semi-urban divisions of West Bengal, thousands of brilliant, ambitious students are forced to abandon their dreams of becoming nurses, engineers, and government officials simply due to financial constraints.
At the NexZen Foundation, we refuse to let brilliant minds go to waste. Today, we are incredibly proud to announce our largest educational empowerment campaign to date: **The 2026 NexZen Scholarship Initiative**. This program is designed specifically to identify, fund, and mentor the brightest underprivileged students aiming to crack WBJEE, JENPAS UG, ANM/GNM, and WBCS.
What is the 2026 Scholarship Initiative?
The NexZen Group has always operated with a dual mandate: To provide the highest quality EdTech training in the state (via the NexZen Institute), and to ensure that training is accessible to the most vulnerable communities (via the NexZen Foundation).
This year, the Foundation is committing to fully and partially fund the tuition of over 500 promising students across the state. The scholarship covers:
- 100% Free Tuition for top 50 ranked students in our foundation entrance test.
- 50% to 75% Fee Waivers for the next 450 qualifying students based on merit and financial need.
- Free Digital Devices (Tablets/Smartphones) for the top 10 rural candidates who lack the hardware to access our online classes.
- Career Mentorship: Direct access to doctors, nurses, and civil servants for career guidance.
"Talent is distributed equally across every village and city in Bengal, but opportunity is not. NexZen Foundation's sole purpose is to bridge that gap by bringing world-class faculty directly to the smartphones of those who need it most."
Who is Eligible?
The scholarship is open to all students residing in West Bengal who meet the following criteria:
- Must have secured at least 65% aggregate marks in their Madhyamik (10th) or Higher Secondary (12th) examinations (depending on the course applied for).
- Must hold a valid below-poverty-line (BPL) card or provide proof of annual family income below INR 1.5 Lakhs.
- Must sincerely aspire to crack government entrance exams like JENPAS UG, ANM/GNM, WBJEE, or WBSSC.
How to Apply
The application process for the 2026 batch opens on **March 15, 2026**. Students will be required to fill out an online form on our portal and submit their marks and income certificates. Selected candidates will be invited for an online screening test followed by a brief virtual interview.
Help Us Educate Bengal
The NexZen Scholarship Initiative is funded directly by community donations and the NexZen Group corpus. If you believe in the power of education, you can sponsor a student's entire yearly coaching for the cost of a single dinner.
